When your school provides your SkillFlex account, the school also has responsibilities for how your information is used. Your school can explain its arrangements for using SkillFlex and its own privacy policy.

The information we handle depends on how you use SkillFlex.
School enquiries
When you contact us, we collect the details you provide. These may include your name, school, role, email address, contact number and message. If you request a quotation, we may also ask about year groups, learner numbers and the subscription you are considering.
Please do not include pupil records, passwords or sensitive personal information in a general enquiry.
School accounts
We handle the information needed to organise school accounts and provide access. This may include names or display names, account identifiers, email addresses where used, access credentials, roles, and school or class membership.
Learning activities
We record activity information such as assignments, answers, attempts, completion and practice results. Where reward features are used, we also record related progress, such as points and achievements.
Website and technical information
We use cookies and technical information to support sign-in, operate the website and investigate problems. Technical information may include browser details, referring pages and request logs.
How we use information

Practice records help teachers review pupils’ work. They do not provide a complete assessment of a pupil.

Who can access information?
Access to school information is restricted according to account permissions. Authorised staff can access the information available to them for their school responsibilities.
Service providers
We use service providers for hosting, email delivery and payment processing. These providers handle the information needed to deliver their services.
Payments
When your school pays for a subscription, the payment provider handles the information needed to complete the transaction. We use payment confirmations and related records to manage your school’s subscription and respond to payment enquiries.
The available payment method and provider are identified when payment is arranged.

SkillFlex uses cookies and session technology to maintain sign-in and support account security. Blocking these cookies may prevent some features from working.
Keeping information secure
We use sign-in controls and account permissions to help protect personal information and restrict access.
Keep passwords and PINs private. If you suspect someone has accessed an account without permission, contact support@skillflex.education.

For requests concerning school-provided accounts, please tell us which school the request concerns.
Please do not send passwords, PINs or unnecessary pupil information.
