About these terms
These terms cover the SkillFlex public website, school enquiries and authorised use of the SkillFlex service.

School subscriptions and scope
School subscriptions are agreed through a quotation or subscription agreement. The current school offer is Maths and English—Reading Adventures and Grammar—for KS2 Years 3–6. Exact content, learner coverage, subscription period, price and onboarding arrangements are confirmed for the school. An enquiry does not activate a subscription or place an order.
Commercial terms
Payment arrangements and subscription-specific commercial terms are confirmed in the school quotation or subscription agreement. Cancellation, refunds, renewal and any changes to learner numbers should be checked in that agreement before the school commits.
Authorised access and account responsibility
Use only accounts and school or class areas you are authorised to access. Schools and authorised staff should keep account information accurate, give credentials only to the intended users and contact support when access needs to change. Keep passwords and PINs private. Pupils should use their school-provided access as directed by the school.
Acceptable use
Use SkillFlex for its intended educational and school administration purposes. Do not attempt to access another person’s account, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, introduce harmful software, or upload or send unlawful, abusive or misleading material. Do not submit other people’s private information without authority. Public enquiry forms are for school enquiries and should not contain pupil records.
Content and intellectual property
Use the activities, software, text, branding and images through the access provided to you. Access does not transfer ownership of SkillFlex materials or third-party materials. Do not republish, resell or distribute materials outside your permitted school use without permission from the relevant rights holder. Contact SkillFlex if the intended use is unclear.
Educational judgement
SkillFlex supports practice and the review of responses. Completion, accuracy, XP and rewards describe aspects of activity within the service; they do not guarantee attainment or establish a complete picture of a pupil’s understanding. Teachers and schools should use their professional judgement and classroom assessment when deciding what to teach or revisit.
Availability and changes
Features and content available to a school depend on the agreed scope and its account settings. Access can be affected by maintenance, technical issues or the school’s own devices and connection. Check proposed changes to subscription scope with SkillFlex.
Restricted or ended access
Accounts can be restricted or deactivated through the service’s access controls. If an account is unavailable, contact the school administrator or SkillFlex support. Subscription suspension, termination and the handling of records when a subscription ends should be addressed in the school’s agreement.
External services and privacy
The website may link to other services. Review the information and terms shown by an external service before using it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use account and enquiry information. A quotation request itself does not collect card details or process payment.
